Sometimes, I just want to pack up, and head for parts unknown with someone special, hug that curvy road with mounting anticipation, pitch my tent next to some wilderness, and explore whats on offer. Maybe walk through a redwood forest, in bare feet, feeling the cool wetness of the ground, smelling the moistness in the air, observing the little rays of sunlight penetrating the canopy overhead, experiencing that oneness.

We hiked to the top of Wayna Picchu 8,900 feet, and walked above the clouds, and watched clouds being formed, emerging with a shimmering new view of the world. Oh, those wild women of Cusco! Dear Lord, make them stop. I express musically as a soloist, accompanist and choir singer, and public performer and pursue my lifelong passion for music. The world is like both a mirror and a window. Window like, your thoughts and feelings reach out to other people. Mirror like, what you project reflects back into you. Window like, you perceive the world through your lens, mirror like you see yourself in other people. The world is what you think it is, and energy flows where attention goes. I love language. Long have I suffered the indifference of gnomes.
Every time I would see them their eyes were cast away
Even standing directly in front of them their eyes looked away. They would igno' me How they bothered me with their indifference, Their praise I would have appreciated, Their insults I could have endured But their indifference annoyed me so Tired of their cruel indifference They became my enemy One time in someone's garden I saw one And kicked it, after I made sure no one was looking Another time I knocked one over and squished its face in the mud Yet another time I threw one down a well. Now, I leave them to their ignominy. I ignore them completely, and stay away from garden centers. Now, as I think about it I wonder how many times I acted like a gnome When the universe reached out to me with whispers to advise me of forthcoming storms I ignored those calls. I was knocked over, and pushed in the mud, and fell down a black hole My own wantonness prevailed over wisdom, and spiritual truth And I suffered the consequences. I hated gnomes and yet, I was a gnome.

Life thrusting pain and torture upon us until we think we'll break, finding any outlet for relief, until we are once again freed, and the cycle begins again. A glass cage so we can see out, but never reach what we want. A miserable place to be. How long will it be before the cycle ends?
Select cup of your choice (recipe is "one-size-fits-all"). Add one brand new day w/hint of rosy sunrise. Mix in three (3) good, deep breathes. Add one (1) heartfelt laugh & Two (2) or more genuine smiles (depending on taste). Stir gently for flavoring with finger of choice. Lightly sprinkle assorted bird & cricket songs, cool breezes, frog croaks, etc. as desired. Garnish with one (1) contented sigh..... (Don't forget to lick your finger clean....waste nothing!!!) ENJOY!!!
