About me: Dancer and choreographer from Copenhagen, Denmark
I'm in my choreographies attached to find listening and noisy moments with detailed, abstract and sensible movement in a unique universe.
I finished in 1999 my education as a dancer and choreographer from the Danish National School of Contemporary Dance. After that I studied in New York and London. Since 1999 I have choreographed performances which have been playing at places like:
Dansescenen (Copenhagen) Arken - Museum of Modern Art (Copenhagen) GRAN teater for dans (Århus) Dansstationen in Malmö (Sweden) Den Anden Opera (Copenhagen)
In 2005 I created my first full evening programme ”Plane Rough Surface, quiet poetry can also be noisy”. In the period 2000 to 2006 I have also been a guest dancer and choreographer in the company Åben Dans Productions
My latest piece,
RUNNING SCULPTURE - Between us - in speed and silence
premiered in a new version in the city of Århus on April 29, 2008.
oh good! it's been almost a year now, hasn't it? karin will be teaching at the school for a week so i'll be hanging over :) haven't contacted the director yet though, will do so. now. :) love, m

hejsan! jodå, allt är väl här uppe, jag har i vart fall fått internet hemma igen, vilket jag är överlycklig för, annars undervisar jag mest hela tiden... har faktiskt börjat läsa isländska också vilket är ganska så kul även om det är galet svårt!
annars är nog allt som det ska och det glädjer mig att det har gått fint med projektet och att du har det lite lugnt och skönt så här på höstkanten.
