About me:
The Las Bandidas Del Arte are independent business owners who share a love for craft, fashion, style, art and have an entrepreneurial spirit. Each member of the [LBDA] owns and operates an established business that represents the D*I*Y spirit and brings their own individual talents to the group. It’s all about supporting other like-minded entrepreneurs in our community.
After many years of being a DIY crafter in Phoenix, it has become apparent that there are a lot of creative crafters/artists in the area. We have been inspired by the uprising in the local art scene.
-The goal of this organization is for crafters/artists in the Phoenix area to join together, to collaborate, to teach, to organize sales, to promote, and to inspire one another.
The Las Badidas Del Arte aims to kick rocks at the conventional and to bring the edgier side of crafting to the forefront.
This ain't your grammy's arts and crafts.
From reconstructed clothing to handmade boxes and purses, one-of-a-kind costumes & jewelry pieces to handcrafted dia de los muertos art and tattoo inspired art.
The Las Bandidas Del Arte is on a mission to spread the gospel of D*I*Y* across the local Phoenix fashion and art scene.
The Las Bandidas Del Arte founding members are just as edgy & diverse as their product offerings, and the group includes a Histology Technichian/Gross Pathlogy Technichain, Retail Management, a Microbiologist, an art/fashion student, and a stay at home mama. These crafty individuals have banded together to dig thru their resources and expertise in spreading the "DIY or Die!" attitude.
