About Sara Routh

I'm a singer/songwriter from the Midwest who loves to tell stories through my music. A folky, rocky sound that resembles both Joni Mitchell and Janis Joplin with a twist of my jazzy mom! We create our own destiny and I'm right in the middle of turning the next page. Like most of us, this is our passion. We live and breathe the art we call music. We are all getting closer to our individual dreams! We are all so very blessed to have the talent to "connect" and I couldn't have asked for a better gift to give to my audiences. My most treasured performance... in front of two Japanese travellers who couldn't understand a word, they were just living in the moment of the music. I haven't found a moment in my life where it's completely silent, without song, or lyric or melody. When I find that moment I will charish it for it's shortcoming but also it's sweet, sweet silence.
