Plus I can't help reading any cocktail book I find. | | Heroes | My Dad, he made me who I am and who I want to be. My Mum, she gave birth to us all and taught us how to live our lifes right. And of course my brothers (Dave, BJ, Micky and Zac) you inspire me to be the best big brother I can be even if I don't show it all the time. About me:
I started my career just under ten years ago. Started off in small restaurants and working my way up into the bigger more established cocktail bars. I have worked in nightclubs, pubs and five star resorts. You truly dont know this industry till you experience all that it has to offer. I am currently working in Canada and have just been granted to stay in the country for the next 3 years. I am Associate Editor of Chilled Magazine, a bartender magazine based in Long Island. I also write for NEW YORK BAR STORE.com, just a little bartending lifestyle series. I am also hoping to have my own cocktail book published in the summer of 2008. I love cocktails and cocktail mixology. I love the industry and have a number of awards to prove it.
