Last Hour formed in mid 2006 and started playin shows in 2007. Husband and wife Cliff and Angela Pennington began writing songs back in 2005 with the help of thier new friend Craig Gatlin (Producer/Engineer/Drummer). Not long after that Chris Baugh and Michoal Young were recruited to help with the writing and recording of the project. The new recording project soon found new life as the friends all got together to begin rehearsals for the sessions. Rehearsals went so well that the group took it as a sign that the group should become more than a recording project. Now with all the members fully vested and sharing equally in the writing, recording, and giging process, Last Hour was born. Unfortunately after about a year into the project Chris Baugh would announce his departure from the band. It was a bitter-sweet experience though as Chris was a loved and integral member of the band. The rest of Last Hour was happy though to know that Chris was following a new calling and the leading of God. Then along comes the talents of the newest member of Last Hour, DJ Moore. The new bassist brought a new style to the table and made an already eclectic sounding band sound even more diverse and tight. With an ever growing fanbase and local following the band is developing and evolving into a musical force in South Arkansas with a future that looks to be full of excitement. A twelve song debut album has been in production ever since the start and should see completion sometime in the winter of 2009. The band has two simple goals for itself: further the Kingdom and have fun.
