BIG THANKS:
Our demo, "Don't Shoot the Messenger", and new full length album, "Sunrays to Starlight," were both produced and edited by world renowned producer, editor, and mixer Richard Gavalis. Richard's resumé includes work with bands like Bloodhound Gang, American Nightmare, Long Shot Hero, and over 50 Gold Records, 10 Platinum and several Double Platinum Records Worldwide. To make a long story short, Richard is the man and LMLC highly recommends his studio, THE DOME.
PRESS:
LMLC have not only a quality that far surpasses that of a local band standard, but a sound all their own. Combine this with their energetic live performance, and you have the recipe for a few guys you might want to keep an eye on. ...One thing I would look for when booking bands was an act’s ability to appeal to more than a small niche, because that’s the best promotion a band can get, more fans. Last Martyrs draw fans from all sides of the musical spectrum, because they offer something for everyone.
~ Tay Mondak , PhillySka.com
The album is solid through and through. There is not a song to be skipped, as each one offers something new while maintaining the band’s sound. The horns are solid, giving the entire album a boost even if it doesn’t really need one. The lyrics are also solid; Irons is a talented singer, and he gives each song its own personality and tone. The production and mixing, too, are very high-quality.
~ Thomas Enget, MNska.com
Last Martyrs of a Lost Cause have established themselves as not only a vigorous outfit, but musicians with a scarce gift to transform the face of music as we know it into something epic, and similarly, something words can't even begin to describe. [Their Demo] is a sensational foundation for the Philadelphia-based sextet, and with the essential bullwork, desire, and unified ambition, absolutely no reason exists as to why Last Martyrs of a Lost Cause possess anything less than the grant to enthrall believers everywhere.

Hey guys, If there are ever any shows you need an opening band or something of that sort we are always willing, along with other of thousands of bands. We don't need to get paid or anything like that. We really just want to play.
"Broad and Girard" is a future number one single. That songs been stuck in my head from when you played it until I passed out and then immediately upon waking up today it attacked my brain again. Fucking awesome set last night. Thanks for letting me aid in the trombone overload in "Never Again."
i got this split on the brain dudes. do you realize how fucking money it's going to be? people aren't going to know what to do with themselves. we're talking to ed about booking time in november. also, we gotta each cover one of eachother's songs, that would be R-A-D. xoxoxo, jon
that show at the troc on friday was great! its awesome to see an active local ska band around, im your newest fan! xD see ya guys around......(play at a philly fest sometime!)
You motherfuckers rocked last night. Cary, thanks for the bone help on "For Whatever It's Worth." You guys are going to have a guest third trombone player for a jam on 5/8 @ the Troc whether you like it or not.
can you guys become famous? like right now? If you don't mind that is. You guys freakin' deserve it! There isn't a single song off that new album I don't love!
ok, you're show now falls on the same day as the WBT RR show in Boston AND NOW stephen lynch (I'm a stalker of his) is having a show at the Borgata in AC too. Lucky for you guys, you've beat both of them out in distance to me. Ugg, I hate making these decisions. Honestly, I'm more likely to go if Ray goes. :D
