“Memorable, soulful rock…guitar tone for days…songs you’ll want to listen to more than once. This one stays on my iPod!”
- Joel Selvin, San Francisco Chronicle
"Last of Three is an infection you won't want to get rid of. They make music that comes from an honest and simple place...the callous handed, blue collar back yard of rock & roll. Listen and enjoy an earfull of audio reality"
- Brett Hestla, Producer
“The sampler I received contained 3 ear-opening songs. Standout vocals and fleshy riffs permeate…the more I hear, the more I like!”
- Hedy Henderson, Editor, genxeffect.com

Originally dubbed The Rich Hannon Band, Last of Three was the brainchild of singer/guitarist/songwriter, Rich Hannon. In the summer of '05, Hannon reached out to long time friends and writing comrades, Lenny Everett (bass) and Sean Boyer (drums) for their rhythmic expertise.
Shortly after, songs began to take flight, and a three song demo recorded in early '06 solidified the direction of the project. Industry interest was almost immediate, as the songs were being supported by Internet radio stations and Indie music sites across the US and UK. Within months, download numbers were increasing and phones began to ring. October '07, Hannon received an email from producer Brett Hestla (Dark New Day, Creed, Virgos Merlot) inviting the band to record at his personal facility in Orlando. For the remainder of that year, the guys continued to demo new songs and send them to Hestla. The planets seemed to be aligning, and in March of '08 the guys found themselves aboard a Florida bound 747. With a catalog of songs ready to go, Hestla hand picked three of what he felt were the strongest and most marketable tunes of the bunch. The finished product has been supported by Cashbox magazine, Capitol Records, and rock stations nationwide including Sirius/XM and world famous KROQ, Los Angeles.
The guys amicably dissolved the Last of Three project in March of 2009. Everett, Boyer, & Hannon have been making music together for over a decade, and continue to get together on occasion.
A very heartfelt thank you goes out to Chris Domino at Rock Artist Management for believing in this project since day one. Chris played the key role in getting Last of Three heard (and recognized) by the industry. Extreme gratitiude would be an understatement.
