Four men from Cardiff create hazardous blitzkrieg punk rock action! After forming in late 2003 while on the student poverty line, Last Partisan emerged as a thrilling beer and whisky-fuelled live act, offering something a little different from Cardiff's indie/twee/emo bands. .. .. Along the way, the band have played sweaty gigs with punk legends Keith Levene, The Lurkers and Anti-Nowhere League, as well as local heroes Gindrinker, Shooting at Unarmed Men, Space in the 50s, Elvisss and Threatmantics. Heavily influenced by news and politics, Last Partisan don't write songs about girls. They write songs about Donald Rumsfeld, shark attacks, Charlton Heston and the reactionary phrase 'house rape'. .. .. "Infectious, grimy punk tunes," that's what Quench magazine said.
