Puerto Ricans and Latino's started settling in Chicago in the 1940's thrue the years they grew and created a style of music through their experience in cultural communities of life.
La Inspiracion originaly started in the 1970's performing Salsa Dura in many of the Latin Nite Clubs in the City.Through the years musicians have came and gone, it wasn't until 2002 that John Rodriguez focused on bringing back original sounds from the day, and incorporating it with the younger talented Jazz and Blues Musicians to produce a C.D. representing and bringing awareness of the Chi-Town Musicians.
