About me:

My Life... in my own words. My name is Fabian Martinez. I am 21 years old. I live in Anderson, Alabama. Because of a fall, the doctors diagnosed me with Muscular Dystrophy. I wrote the "Pirate Shuffle" for our football team. Everyone loved it! I have been in a weelchair since I was 9. My grandmother took care of me until I was 18 and I called her "Mom". Now I live with my Dad. He is a good Dad. Because I am bi-lingual, I can communicate with my family in Texas and My friends in Alabama. If I didn't have Muscular Dystrophy, I would like to walk again, dance, play sports and do what the other people do. I like to write songs and poems and I have a talent to sing. I have ambitions like many young people. I am blessed that I am alive and I am stronger than I have ever been.
