La Toya says that this album is very personal and mirrors her real life experiences. She said that finally she was able to take control of this album from start to finish that was critical to reflect the way she feels. Everything everyone speculated about her, her feelings towards her family, the incessant intrusion of the tabloids, her friends and her life in general.
