Born in Ghent, Belgium. Currently living in Ostend, at the seaside. Studied classical guitar at the Royal Conservatory in Ghent. Plays besides guitar, cello, hammond organ, electronics, analogue synths & theremin.
Together with Kristof Lauwers & Leen Gijselinck she is working on Whirl Wash, an audiovisual installation around laundry machines. With Elke Soenens she has a classical guitar duo Saffraan. She makes poppy music together with Gommaar Delneste (aka Sedarka & Casual Coincidence). In the past she played together with, amongst others, Roel Meelkop, Claus Van Bebber, Noise-Maker's Fifes, Pierre Berthet, Logos Foundation & Black Jackets Company.
Besides her artistic activities, she has worked as president of Cling Film, organising concerts and releasing records of experimental music. She curates the yearly Sonokids festival in Kortrijk. In daily life she works as a researcher at the University College Ghent, Faculty of Music & Drama.

De kans zit er in dat ik de laatste week van februari een week in Oostende kom wonen (vanwege mijn drukke bezigheden in de mooie kuststad). Lijkt me ideaal om dan eens iets te gaan drinken... Ik zal je op de hoogte houden! Groetjes!
