"This all about worshipping Jesus with the gifts He has blessed me with."
Laura (Mays) Mills is a 24 year old native of Manassas, Virginia. Coming from a non-musical and non-Christian family, she never thought she would be praising God through her vocals and guitar playing. Her singing career has taken her from middle school choir, local theater productions, a professional Shakespeare company, All-State Choir, and to the Kennedy Center Stage where she has performed two solos and a full length Broadway selection from Kiss Me, Kate.
After her career at Osbourn High School, Laura attended the University of North Texas with the intention of becoming an opera singer. It is here where God called her to be more than a singer. She served as a children's worship leader at Denton Bible Church for 2 years as well as performing locally around the campus. After two years at UNT, she returned home to Manassas.
Upon her return, she began serving at Manassas Assembly of God's young adult ministry, Mosaic. In 2006, Laura became the worship leader of the ministry and also began her songwriting. Throughout this time, Laura has performed at the Prince William County September 11th Telethon, Hurricane Katrina Aid Fundraiser in Fairfax, and the Harry Parrish Post Office Dedication Ceremony, where Laura sang the National Anthem for local and federal government officials. She also composed an original song for the upcoming documentary about Hurricane Katrina from Emmy-Award Winning journalist, Mike Walter.
Laura now lives with her husband, Jonathan. They now reside in Lynchburg, Virginia which is home to musicians like Phil Vassar and Faith Prince. With change comes new opportunities and Laura is looking forward to the many adventures up ahead with her husband by her side!

Dude I just listened to "Religion" last night, like, really listened to it... Love it. I want it for in my car! lol. And I miss your other songs that you had up before, esp "Don't know why." I like yours best.
You are truly gifted by God. The song gives me chills everytime I hear it. I wish I could have been awake when you did perform it but alas, pictures and videos suffice enough. Thank you for listening to God and allowing your gift to be used for healing.
