Listen to one of her songs once & by the second play you will be singing along. We will be supporting Laura with her mics and in ear monitors going forward and look forward to developing a great relationship with Laura Steel and Rollon Entertainment."
Phil Cummings (Sennheiser UK Artist Relations Manager)
"There's certainly room for Laura in the charts and with a promising album on the horizon and a great team behind her I'm sure it wont be long till we see her there." The Music Fix
"The gig was amazing, she ran through her songs with a great energy and enthusiasm that we saw with the Spice Girls. I really do believe she is quite unique. Her image is slightly ‘Lady Ga Ga’ and ‘Pink’ and her sound can be compared to ‘Gwen Stefani’, ‘Katie Perry’ or ‘Lily Allen’....There is room for Laura in the charts!"
Skiddle Gig Review

‘Another boring press release??’
HELL NO!!! Nothing about Laura Steel is boring…!!
Hailing from the Sheffield home of Roisin Murphy, Arctic Monkeys, Pulp and the Human League, Laura Steel is THE new northern legend pop phenomena!!
Yes boss, when friends told Laura her late night living room performances deserved a MUCH bigger audience, she took their advice and set about her non-stop quest for pop domination..!!
Laura's first self-released single ‘Running’ received widespread acclaim, a run on Channel 4's The Gadget Show and an offer of collaboration from legendary DJ / Producer Todd Terry.
Spurred by such attentions, Laura immediately began work on her debut album ‘Time For Change’ which bravely and successfully mixes a unique spectrum of electro pop rock – a blend sure to storm the charts in 2010...
When not recording, Laura loves to perform LIVE both on and off stage!!!
So far she’s WOWWWED!!! crowds with headline slots at London hotspots including Ronnie Scott’s, Hippodrome, Soho Revue and Café de Paris. She performed at the OK Magazine Fashion Week ‘09 Party and headlined for fashion label Lipsy’s Launch Party in Dublin, which lead to a full endorsement (alongside Girls Aloud & The Saturdays) as Lipsys first unsigned artist. She’s supported Diana Vickers & Pixie Lotts & performed to over 250,000 people at Pride events throughout the UK & US.
Off stage, Laura's adventures have included catwalk modeling for stylist Johnny Blue Eyes (Kate Moss, Take That, Beth Ditto, Scissor Sisters), being featured in OK! Magazine (Full page feature 2.6 mil readers), London Lite, The Mirror, South Yorkshire's most read newspaper The Star, Gaydarnation (6mil), Diva magazine, G3 Magazine, Exposed, Shout and Proud.
All told, Laura’s music and style are experimental, trend-setting, fresh and beautifully indefinable.
No wonder Tiscali voted her as the “One to Watch”.
