About me:

My name is Lauren Beckham; I live in the Boise, Idaho area. As a National Physique Committee (NPC) Figure Competitor, Female Bodybuilder and certified fitness trainer I take great joy in seeing others become excited about fitness; especially other women. I began weightlifting when I was 16 years old and I haven’t looked back since. Early on I decided that I wanted to be a Figure Competitor. Through dedicated hard work in the local gyms and consistently adhering to a rigorous weight training program I was able to win my first female figure competition by age nineteen. Today I'm competing in national figure competitions, with a focus set toward my ultimate goal, which is to achieve the title of IFBB Ms. Olympia Figure.
