About Lauren Rose (no halo)

I started singing and dancing at Italia Conti performing arts school at the age of six. I guess I knew then i loved to perform and it was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life.

I was 15 when I recorded my first demo at my local recording studio when by chance, songwriter/producer Ryan Laubscher overheard me and spoke to me about recording an album. A meeting was setup and days later production of my first album began!

At the time I was doing a few gigs singing in local bars and restaurants, but I really wanted to take things a step further, so I got together a band to support me and I immediately attracted the attention of bars and clubs across London including: Cafe de Paris, Tiger Tiger to mention but a few.

I then, at the age of 17, got the chance to perform all over the country supporting x-factor star Ray Quinn. We did at 30 date tour in 6 weeks; it was such a great experience for me and was also a lot of fun!!

Now at the age of 18 I am recording songs for Hed Kandi's No Halo! I am performing live every weekend on HedKandi nights around the UK singing the single "Put your hands on" (which has been released on a number of hed kandi's compilations) and also the new single "What is this feeling!"
