Laurie was born May 4, in Kalispell, Montana.
She has been on stage with Jefferson Airplane, Mick Fleetwood's Zoo and members of Country Joe and the Fish. She has won awards for her bass playing in many jazz contests.
Her song Feather Dancer was a top video in Albuquerque, NM.
Her song A Moment's Reflection was nominated for a grammy on the original MP3.com.
Laurie ran twice for the Arizona House of Representatives and has been a web designer for several candidates from Congressional Races to Governor.
Her art and photography is available at several galleries in the southwest. Several murals she painted are still in the Albuquerque area.
Laurie has been in radio since high school, as a DJ and rock & roll music director for KKHG, KLSK, KESP, KAZL & KSLX. She was part of a two person team who did music research for 800 Classic Rock, AOR, and AC stations. She was an Operations Manager for two radio stations in AZ, and is a PD for 4 stations in CA. Would you like fries with that?
Laurie has also worked in state and city government, education and for Kitt Peak National Observatory.
I want to see the pics. Yeah, we went to A Mountain. We got some rain and it was nice and cool. Lots of driving for a half hour of fireworks but I love them! I feel like a little kid when I see them. :)I am glad you had fun.

THE BIRTH OF THE WORLD'S MOST INCREDIBLE CONCERT EVENT
Performed by The Mystic Orchestra , Flashback—The Classic Rock Experience is a largescale arena production combining 6 truckloads of intelligent lighting with a monumental laser light show and pyrotechnics display.
Licensed vintage video as well as newly produced video and animations shown on 7 screens around the arena (including on an inflatable 30-foot zeppelin housing two 10-foot screens which will float tethered below the scoreboard at mid-audience position). Flashback will accompany live performances by approximately 30 musicians and vocalists, showcasing the music, bands and icons of the 60’s and 70’s Classic Rock era such as Led Zeppelin, The Moody Blues, Three Dog Night, Chicago, The Doors, Elvis and John Denver, Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix, Rod Stewart, Deep Purple, Steppenwolf, Eric Clapton, Pink Floyd.
The tour starts August 27th in Mobile, Alabama.

Jennifer and I would also like to thank you for all the hard work that you had done for the past 6 months prepairing for what turned out to be a great festival. And your presentaion of the Progressive Rock Hall of Fame was 1st class all the way.
We miss you already and we look forward to another wonderful performance at the Clinton Art and Music Festival in August. And of course Power of Prog II But most important the Progressive Rock Hall of Fame II.
