We are the fighters of digital revolution, collaborating with the East Texas Electronic musician to create a better known underground digital music scene. In our efforts to accomplish our goals, we will be in need of soldiers to bring electronic music to the masses. Our Vision is simple, to establish a viable tier of underground music to the existing forms, become a recognized and respected genre, and to create a closely collaborative grouping of DJs. Though much like other organizations Lawsofaugust will be using a party format to entise the potential fan base to attend, however, in this effort to solidify our cause the community must be behind us. We will effectively do this by contributing to community volunteer programs. Lawsofaugust is about people, helping people, and expressing freedoms of speech and influence. We will influence our people to be greater, we will help the communities we live in, we are the people we serve. So from that, every show that Lawsofaugust does will benefit a cause, it will make a difference. Know that every DJ assiciated with this group will change the lives of someone you know, they will change the world if but one person at a time. Though collaboration of musicians, collaboration of community, we arrive at a common cause. To spread freedom of influence via digital music gaining the respect the electronic community deserves. Collaboration is revolution!
