Jesus!! I'm not prone much to hero-worship, at least of total human beings. However, there are a few exceptions that even I can make: Firemen on the job, police detectives on the job, Bono (as a crusader, not as a musician this time), Albert Schweitzer, Jonas Salk, any scientist that can create cures or at least treatments for horrible medical, emotional, and psychiatric ailments, underdogs who win legitimately, and anyone who will put their life on the line for another human being.

About me:
I am WAY over 21 years old. I live with my husband of over 20 years in a house on Long Island, in New York. We have one doggie child and one kitty cat child (yes, we are *those* kind of crazy animal people. LOL); Dylan is the baby, a 10 year old white, small minature Poodle, and Asia is a female 10 year old cat of some sort, with mostly grey with some brown coloring. These are our youngest children. We do have grown step-children, living on their own, with their own families.

Professionally, I've been a psychotherapist since the late 70's, and have now become a landlord, with my husband Jim. With some of the people we have rented to (mainly divorced men), there is not a lot of difference between being a landlord and being a psychotherapist. It actually helps! LOL
Otherwise, as you can probably tell already, I am a Sims Nut, as well as a lover of "that old time rock and roll" as Bob Seger once said. I do love my soap operas; 5 a day! Otherwise, I like to write, am trying to learn more about web designing and computerized graphic design, and I try to keep up on current, viable psych & medical trends. (I'm fundamentally a frustrated doctor who didn't have access to the student loans they have for college now, when I went to college, so psychology seemed like the next best thing. I probably would have gotten my specialty in Psychiatry anyway, with a "sideline" as a General/Family Doctor, so there isn't really a *great* deal of difference.)
Anyhow, that's enough for me now. The rest about me is mostly on the other side of the page. Hope you enjoy my videos!!
