yes i am, am i couldn't be happier! oh and believe me you're correct about the change of scenary...since our current apartment's countertops are the color of tomato soup and there is a a serious lack of actual light fixtures attached to ceilings. the new place is actually that NEW with 9ft. ceilings and all brand new appliances a.k.a. working dishwasher!
