We are primarily a cover band, but we have a tendency to play songs the way WE want. From classic rock, to 80's, 90's and modern rock..we like to rock! We are high energy and you will have a guaranteed good time. Every now and then, you might even catch us throwing in an original or two. We are Lazy Maybes..but we ain't lazy!
What started out in 2001 was just four guys getting together in a basement playing some cover songs. Here we are almost six years later. Hundreds of shows, child birth, career changes, departing members, new members...and practically a year long hiatus. Lazy Maybes return stronger than they have ever been. More maturity, more depth, more experience. and more rock and roll. Easily recognized as one of the best cover bands in the area, it's only going to get better. We cover a wide variety of music. Classic Rock to 80's music..to modern rock..a few country songs, and even a few originals. Our song selection is growing by the day. Check out our blog entitled SONGLIST to give you an idea of some of the songs we play.

Can't wait to see you guys on saturday!!! Thanks for waiting for me last saturday. Hopefully we'll aviod having anyone knock over the keyboard, but I certainly hope to see some more air guitar. Rock on!!!
I'm in Lake in the Hills. About 1/2 hr from St. Charles. I used to coctail at pub 222 when I was in college...are you familiar? It's next to the philling station.
Do you come to the south side very often? There are a few places around the area aside from the Tweeter Center...or whatever they are calling it these days. Obviously downtown is the way to go, hard to fill the venue's on the south side. I need to check out your next gig, would love to go!
Thanks for the request. I'll tell Joe (Coyote) you said Hi. He's talked about you many times. We are wanting to come watch you play. It just seems every time you play at the Round House, it's on a weekend that we have all the kids. Hopefully we can make it out soon. :)
oh for sure, the kids love you! i heard the highschool kids talking about it before i even got there, haha, its pretty neat for them to say one of our teachers is in a band! you know how kids are! anyway, might see you around, you could end up with one of my kids next year! :]]
