this is a parody. a parody means they are making fun of another song. a british singer they are calling posh [upper class] named kate nash wrote a song called "caroline is a victim". no, caroline was not attacked, caroline likes the band the killers. in britain, fans of the killers are called the victimes, another british singer named lily allen [or lily keith as the singers refer to her here] made a song called LDN. the creators of this song mashed both titles together, hence the name of the song,
