Books
I've only written one so far, but there will be others soon.
My first published book is a collection of my family's favourite Danish recipes. This idea came to me soon after the death of my Mormor (Danish for Mom's Mom). She loved cooking, and I wanted to do something to "show my Mormor to the world." A cookbook only seemed natural. The book is called "Tak For Mad" (pronounced Tuk Fuh Meh) which thanslates to "Thanks For The Food" in English.
The book is divided into 5 sections:
Breads
Appetizers (with a page on Danish Open Saved Sandwiches)
Main Courses
Desserts and other sweets
Drinks
All recipes are in alphabetical and numbers according to section in a table of contents at the front of the book.
Throughout the book you will find small stories about various recipes and how they fit into my family's celebrations. In my family everything is a celebration, and we feel that the best place to celebrate is around the dining room table.

My first published book was a cookbook of Danish recipes. I am currently working on other writing projects including a book called Silver Linings about the people who have supported me during my life. I write mostly from personal experience.
About me: If I really took the time, I could write pages about myself, but how much can one fit into one of these profiles?
Basically I am a published author in Guelph Ontario. My first book was a cookbook of Danish recipes written in memory of my late grandmother. I spend most of my time infront of my computer writing down whatever comes to me. I've met a lot of really wonderful people that way, including fellow author Ben W. Gardner (see my "friends" for more information on this wonderful author!).
