XM Radio opie an anthony channel ’the virus’ patrice o’neal’s ’black phillip show.’ guest on maxim radio at sirius, a mermaid in ABC’s "all my children"--i got hair extensions-- it was very exciting. BBC 5--panel discussion on comedy in NYC. i got into a fight at the airport on CBS’s "Guiding Light" I was interviewed on channel 22’s ’The New Yorkers.’ Also, clearly my best apprearnce, "Spic and Spanish" where I was a nun who was having problems with nyphmphomaniacal tendancies.. performed in iraq for the troops in march 08!!! comedy skits on Z100 radio in NYC. | | Influences | sam kinison, mae west, john leguizamo, richard pryor, elanor roosevelt, eddie murphy, sylvester stallone, and gandelf |

| General | comedy comedy comedy. movies. finding homes for dogs. world domination. vagina rights. | | Music | faith no more--Mike Patton has the best voice EVER, rhcp, ozzy, eminem, sublime, george thurogood, guns and roses, the beatles, the stones, & D12, and screw me I do have a soft spot in my panties for Pink Floyd's The Wall, takes me back to adlolensce and wanting to kill myself and others. and ok, i admit it, i love cheesy pop songs and 80s hair metal. | | Movies | 'Boondock Saints' (anything with Willam Defoe ROCKs), Wild at Heart (see previous assertion), State of Grace (Gary Oldman I LOVE YOU) 'Rocky 1, 2 and 3,' 'Tie me Up, Tie me Down' (or any Almadovar directed movie for that matter-Matador, wow.), Nightmare Before Christmas, Hot Fuzz, 'LOTR,' 'Alien' and 'Casino.' 'Hairspray'-the original-why would you ever re-make a John Waters film--it cant get better than John Waters. And most movies about football I will watch over and over again, they play on my heart strings. Any movie with WWE people in it as well b/c I love fantasy and spandex outfits. And you know what, the Die Hard Series and All the Indiana Jones are not to be denied. It is pure no thinking entertainment and sometimes thats what I need, i.e Tomb Raider, Angie with guns and boobs can brighten up any day.

About me:

My mother was critically injured in a car accident this year. She was in critical condition for two months, of which five of those weeks she was in a coma. We were told she probably would not live, would not wake up, would not be an able bodied person. I am forever indebted to the trauma doctors and nurses who saved her. Six months later she is back to making her art, hanging out, traveling, living. I got to spend those six months with her in Maine and recently have moved back to NYC and am performing Stand Up Comedy after a long hiatus. Humor helped to get me thru. Laughter makes hard times endurable. I am going to make a set out of the accident cause if I cant make laughter out of pain, then I am not very good at my job. Its easy to make ball jokes funny, cause balls are inherently funny, the challenge is finding the humor in shitty times, which allows us to heal, find common ground, not shoot somebody or go on a binger. Love what you do. Love your family and friends. Never give up. Fuck anyone who says otherwise. And laugh laugh laugh. It makes you live longer, really, its a fact, you can google it.
