We are The Quadrennial Council: a group of motivated individuals focused on improving the lives of quadrennials (leapers) everywhere. Leap Day 08 is our campaign to end the unjust stripping of rights of quadrennials the world over.
We are calling for Leap Day 2008 to be the LAST leap day, and are challenging the government to add a February 29th to every succeeding calendar year!
