About Le Barde

Le Barde first discovered techno in Paris 1992 where his main influences were breakbeat and English techno. He then moved to Grenoble in 1995 where he discovered the pleasure of mixing Chicago house and more importantly the Detroit sound. In 1997 he became the co-founder of the association Aftermoon and in 1998 was one of the promoters of his biggest event to date (5000+ people) in conjunction with the town hall of Valence, France. In 1999 with JR (the second half of fundation classes) they found the label Cryogen Records. Since the beginning he has often played in Rhone-Alpes (Hexagona 2001 .. Grenoble - 4000+ people) and also in Switzerland and Avignon.

LE SONOTONE	May 4 2009 9:13 PM Salut à tous, Nous sommes dans le regret de vous annoncer que l'Association est contrainte de se séparer du local "Sonotone" suite au passage de la commission de sécurité. Nous nous étions engagés à effectuer les travaux demandés par cette commission, mais nos propriétaires ont refusés que l'on effectue ces travaux de mise aux normes du local. Nous sommes donc dans l'impossibilité de continuer de développer nos activités au sein de ce local et donc obligés de le quitter.....La fermeture sera effective le Lundi 11 Mai 2009. Par ailleurs, l’Association A.L.E.A est à la recherche d’un autre local, en attendant de trouver ce nouveau lieu permanent nous organiserons des événements dans divers lieux de la côte basque et vos cartes d'adhérents y seront valables bien entendu. Si toutefois vous connaissiez des locaux à louer susceptibles d’accueillir notre activité n’hésitez pas à nous en faire part. Et en attendant venez profitez des dernières soirées dans ce fameux lieu qu’aura été le Sonotone pendant ces 2 années !!!
