« DES MOTS, DES CRIS », des mots écrits, les mots, le son, avec du sens, du senti, de la mélodie, ludique, sensible, poétique, mouvementé, habité… la voix, les voix (voies) que j’expérimente: chanteuse / interprète mais aussi vocaliste / improvisatrice : deux approches différentes, l’une plus «instrumentale » (soliste, ou free) : précise, virtuose, solide ou sculpteur(e) de son, acrobatique, exploratrice ; l’autre plus «interprète » (standards de jazz ou chansons) : porteuse de mots, sensuelle, fragile… Ce projet travaille sur l’alliance de ces deux approches, affirmant un style ImprOperaContempoRock, profitant d’une instrumentation originale (voix/clarinette basse/guitare/batterie+objets divers) pour créer des ponts insolites, dialoguer avec les instruments…. Le fil conducteur est le texte : textes inédits ou connus - «chansons » - prose poétique … travailler le mot comme une matière, de sens et de son…faire que chaque pièce-chanson soit un voyage, un paysage à part entière…

« WORDS, CRIES», written words, the words and the sounds, meaningful, generous, melodious, playful, sensitive, poetic; and movement and life … the voice, experimenting on registers (and ways): a singer and interpreter but also a vocalist and improviser. The first voice/way closer to playing an instrument (solo, or free): exact, virtuoso, powerful or chiselling sounds, acrobatic and adventurous; the second voice/way closer to performing (Jazz standards or songs): the voice carrying words, sensuous, fragile.
This project proposes to merge these two approaches, asserting an “ImprOperatiContempoRock” style by taking advantage of an original instrumentation (voice/clarinet, bass/guitar/drums and various other objects) in order to build unexpected bridges and converse with the instruments. The thread is the text itself: either new or popular—“songs”—, poetical prose … moulding words as clay made of sound and sense, making each single piece a journey, a landscape in its own right…
