we actually usually get soyrizo at albertsons or ralphs. all you gotta do is cook the potatoes & then mix the soyrizo and egg together & cook it with the potatoes. it doesn't take long at all 'cause it isn't meat & it is gooood. i go wednesday 7-10 p.m. thursday 12:30-3:30 & saturday 9-11 a.m. [UGH!] & i'm going to also be doing hours for one of my classes but that hasn't been assigned yet assuming i get in [i'm #2 now so that's pretty much a yes]. hopefully early on thursdays or something. bleh. hope math doesn't suck for ya! i'm soooooooooo dreading going this first couple weeks & this stupid ass orientation for my online health class.
