Somewhere between the depths of Buena, Laurel Lake, and Mays Landing - New Jersey, Leeds Kin was formed in 2002 by Guy Ryan, Charlie Campbell and Shawn Roscoe. Kenny Hignutt joined the band in early 2004, to add on to the vocals, guitar playing and song writing.
Leeds Kin is an original rock band. The band strays away from aiming to fit into one musical category when it comes to their music, yet at the same time any of their songs could simply fit into multiple popular rock categories that currently exist on the radio.
The bottom line for Leeds Kin is making music, performing it live and having fun. As long as these three goals exist, Leeds Kin will be invading your ears frequently.
