A little about myself:
I'm gonna say what I'm gonna say.
Disagree or take a part.
I don't care if the radio plays it or if it's not
popular opinion. I've been taking what's in my
mind and trying to put it into images and sounds,
artwork and noise. Sticking to one genre of music
seems a bit frazzled, So it's always been fun hopping
from sound to sound... From instrumental to hip hop,
to folk and anything else.
I fell onto Earth in 1987 and since, have grown to question
what is considered "normal."
(.."It is not insane that is insane, it is the norm
that bleeds abnormalties.")
Now, I ask all that care to listen, "American Idol or freedom!?"
There's too much apathy out there, and not enough involved in
forms of creativity/searching for a conclusion.
Many would rather be fed what is considered art, with a trademark,
and reason, with an agenda.
It's kinda weird trying to explain what I do, but when I'm not
creating sounds/art.. It's hard to feel whole.
I'm not here to exploit myself or make a "hit", But I put my
heart into what I do and hope to cause a spark.
What is considered to be "radical?"
Now is a time you can get locked up for speaking your mind,
But when there's a message, there's hope.
The form of creativity is what will free us, whilst boring pop
songs and a life full of fear will thicken the cage.
Speaking my mind might be frowned upon, but sometimes 'ya can't
make everybody smile.

I just wanted to stop by to say hello and give you a little update on what Blood Root Mother is up to! We will be recording an EP of new music in August, and we recently finished recording a live DVD. The DVD is currently unreleased and I actually just saw it for the first time a few days ago. It features the last two performances with Tony Ellis still alive, and some footage from the tribute show we played on the night of his funeral.
