I make 8 bit music with old Nintendo gameboys. How? By using an ingenious sequencing cartridge called nanoloop. Nanoloop was created by Oliver Wittchow of Germany and it turns your gameboy into a step-sequencer/synth. By using just the controls built into the gameboy and the storage functions on nanoloop, I wrote all my music for my album, 8 bit heart:
