I recently moved back home to Snellville from Nashville, TN and learned more this past year than I probably have in my whole life. I was young enough to take the dare but old enough to realize where I should stay. Moving to Nashville gave me a real taste of what the Nashville country music scene was about. It's a town full of talented faces with brown noses. I know it takes a lot to make it in the country music business but once I saw what was out there and how great of a demand it puts on somebody to risk it all and lay it all on the line, I found that I'm not that kind of guy. I missed my family, my friends, and most of all I missed my Mandy, and my selfish ambitions took a backseat for a life I only dreamed about.
So now I'm back in town working at a local music shop recording my second cd and finding the new path that God has layed out there for me and for once in my life I finally feel fulfilled.
So this upcoming album will be recorded here in my studio in Snellville and I'm hoping to turn it out before the spring. I'm getting married in June so between recording and planning the wedding and working a fulltime I'm hoping to have it out by then.
Thanks for keeping up with what I'm doing in music and hopefullly I'll see you out a gig sometime in the near future.
