LeeVee = Lee Villeneuve. For anyone who's ever stumbled in trying to spell or pronounce my difficult French Canadian name (not difficult if you're French Canadian though!), I thought I'd make myself a little easier to find on cyberspace.
NEWS FLASH: New CD is coming soon! The songs are written, the musicians have started rehearsing, and life is very good! Targeting a release date sometime in July ~ Wooh-hooh!
So firstly, you should know that I'm the mother of Anna Nicole Smith's baby. And that I'm having a hot and heavy relationship with Tom Brady. That's why he's such an amazing quarterback. And why I'm inspired to sing sexy songs. Secondly, in my spare time I do attempt to write songs and sing them. A little fetish of mine. I also sing in an acoustic duo called "Shot In The Dark". Based in Leominster MA, I'm teamed up with talented guitarist/vocalist Kevin Walsh, and play a cool mix of songs that folks seem to want to hear. Or they are really well fueled on alcohol. We play everything from the Eagles to Kelly Clarkson to Bon Jovi to Sheryl Crow to the Stones to Jewel. Toss in some country too.. stuff like Carrie Underwood and Rascal Flatts. No Merle Haggard though... sorry. And we draw the line at polka punk, but pretty much everything besides that is open game.
So I've got two original music cd's under my belt, and I say that in a clean sort of way. And my third, the new LIVE CD IS NOW RELEASED! Recorded one steamy evening in October, this cd "Lee Vee Live..one night" features some mega-talented men: Kris Lucander on bass, Tom Ruckey on percussion and Dave Gaudet on guitar. Plus my friend Kevin played on two tracks, to add to the magic! I'm psyched about how great this cd came out. I'm lucky to have some great musical friends who inspire me and they're on MySpace too ~ I'm the newbie on this site (ie., Blonde Who Is Way Behind The Eight Ball).
