Since the release of their eponymous debut, Seattle rockers Left Hand Smoke have continued to collect accolades beyond their years: opening slots for major acts like Maroon 5, Gavin DeGraw, the North Mississippi Allstars, Sam Roberts; onstage jams with members of Pearl Jam; major rotation on the largest AAA format station on the West Coast (Seattle's KMTT 103.7 fm); television licensing deals with prime time shows (ER) and cable channels (Discovery Channel); and most recently, the band was voted Seattle's Best Pop/Rock Band of the Year by readers of the Seattle Weekly.
After years of touring the states and building a ravenous fanbase, Left Hand Smoke finally brought all of this experience together and put out a startling record that was largely culled from the demos of songs that singer Ben Mish had written since his early days in New York and the inception of the band. Working with Producer/Engineer Stevie Adamek (The Allies, The Believers), the band embraced a new direction for their fourth studio effort, pushing themselves to explore new musical territory. The resulting album, At the Hotel, combines catchy hooks and soulful melodies with the crushing rock and roll for which LHS has become known. Mastered by Mark Guenther (The Refreshments), At the Hotel is a fresh sound from a band that has shown their ability to expand in new directions while remaining true to their musical roots.

Lots of my friends have benefited from getting good nutrition. One of them no longer has to take insulin for Diabetes( that happened in 45 days). And they took insulin for 12 years.
