Feburary 2006 was the starting point for Legions In Exile. Known as L.i.E for short, it was all brought to life by Alloy Kenneth on guitar, piano and vocals. With a long list of words and riffs, and an obsession to form a band similar to the bands of the mid eighties and early nineties punk metal sound, Alloy entered into Murderland Productions to begin recording the first songs. Songwriting began in late February and recording demo after demo became the routine.
Now coming up on the two year mark, Legions in Exile is currently working on the third release to be available at the end of April, 2008. Entitled Wolves Amoungst Sheep, this release will prove to be the definitive L.i.E early in the band's carreer.
As of early December, 2007 the band welcomed Kale T as the new bass player. After taking a three year break, Kale is now returning to the stage with a vengeance and ready to shred. The main focus for L.i.E in 2008 is to tour the southwest region of the United States, and give more people an opportunity to see the band. The new year will also bring new music videos and merchandise. Have a great 2008!
