testimonials!
"This is a fun album. The lyrics are very clever and intelligent, and the musicianship is first-rate. It really is pop-punk with a few strident metal or classic rock licks thrown in for good measure. Recommended for anyone who likes their music hard, fast, and fun."

"Legitimate Business hasn’t made it to CT yet, but if you get the chance to see them I highly suggest picking up this EP." -Tyler from CTSka.com / Asbestos Records

Thanks for the free album and all, but I must say I was disappointed in 80 on 80 re-recording, I know you had to ditch the horns, but it sounds like Metro Station or something. But, besides that the new album sounds professionally made and you guys will make it big someday.
I seriously can't get over how good this album is. The songwriting is spot on, the songs are catchy as fuck and everything sounds great and appropriate. It's refreshing to say the least.
it has to be said that you guys may very well be the most real band existing today and i love your guys music so much and your from north jersey witch makes it sicker i cant wait till you guys play some shows i want to see you guys so bad!
Saw you guys at The Fire with We Are The Union a while back...just letting you know that handful of stickers you gave me now adorn stop signs, electrical boxes, my car, and my cd shelf. Still gotta find a use for these last two...any ideas? Haha
Hey guys, whats going on? It's Brian from Team Havok. We were just added to your CD release show. I checked out your music... never heard of you guys but I can't wait for the show now. Can't wait to play together too. We'll see you in a few weeks!!
Phil is a heretic, and while the new album in its entirety is legendary, the lack of horns leaves me in disarray. BLASPHEMY PHIL BLASPHEMY! No offense for I have ascertained the meaning of your insane words!
Damn! Need to buy that cd from you guys. I had it in my hands Saturday night and then Eric passed out and I forgot all about it. Some day soon we will grab some shows in NJ or PA together.
While I too miss the horns, the first thing that grabs me with your newest work is how full it is. By that I mean that the arrangements can justly be called LUSH with lots of activity and interplay between the well-played instrumentation as well as the voice(s).
The newest "First World Problems" is really catchy and the full bassline on "The Next 23 Years" just blows me away! Maybe the loss of the horns has forced you to write on an even higher level to create a sound full enough that (I daresay) the horns aren't needed and would even possibly take away from what you now have... Best of luck with the new CD. I'll be headed to the pre-order line soon!
