What’s It All About?

On Acey's upcoming UK tour he is looking to find the best of the UK’s alternative and burlesque talent to dance with his onstage with his band.
We’re looking to have four performers dance routines at each show. The slots will be drawn on the night and two dancers will perform before Patchwork Grace and two dancers will perform before Acey.
There will be a set of judges at the venue each night that, along with the crowd reaction, will help us decide who wins the heat. We’ll also be videoing each dancer and top UK Burlesque performer Vicky Butterfly will be judging the final ten dancers with me to pick an overall winner. We’ll also post all of the videos on this site.
The winner will receive a prize pack worth over £1000, which will include a corset made by Hellride Corsets, a pin up portrait by retro artist Susan Heidi, Clothing from Evil Needs and Kreepsville 666, and more prizes to be announced...
We’ll be announcing the full prize pack in the next few weeks.

How to Enter
So, what ya gotta do to enter? It’s simple, just become a friend of this page and send us a picture along with a short paragraph about why you want to enter. We are not going to formalise what you need to write in the paragraph you send but tell us about you, how long you’ve been performing (don’t worry of you’ve only just started this is open to everybody), what’s different about your act and why you want to enter.
We’ll create an album for every city in the photos section of this site and post all of the pictures we get sent. As we said there are four slots per night. We will work with Vicky Butterfly to shortlist all of our entries to four dancers in each city we play.
