This is the Official Myspace Fansite for the Bassist of The Blackout, Rhys Lewis.
Don't be afraid to message/comment the page just for a chat, or add my personal. I don't bite unless asked!
I have adapted this Bio from a quiz he sent back to me, and added in some of my own knowledge. I suck at writing these things, sorry.
Rhys' full name is David Rhys Lewis, he is the Bassist of The Blackout and also has a side project with TBO's guitarist James and singer Gavin, that is called Street Truzt.
Rhys was born on August 21st 1983, making him 25 years old.
He grew up in Merthyr Tydfil, and wanted to be a firefighter until he was twelve, which was when he realised he wanted to rock. xD
His hobbies are "Rockin', Maxin' and Relaxin'", his favourite band is the Beastie Boys and his favourite animals are Cats (though he loves Pug dogs). He loves the movies Commando and Dumb and Dumber, Chinese food, and his favourite places are London, America and quiet woodland towns.
Rhys has made around 10 short films, he's a Yellow Belt in Shotokan Karate, and he is 'brilliant at Fight Night Boxing on the XBox'
Rhys is taken. He is dating a girl called Hannah, who is gorgeous. :)

I'm sorry for not having this site up and running lately. My mother passed away in late June so i've only just really gotten myself going again.
Lately The Blackout did the first half of the Warped Tour in America (YMA6 replaced them on the second half). They played Reading and Leeds Festival, Headlining the Tents, and they got on stage with Lostprophets who headlined the NME stage. Generally a good few months for The Blackout :)

The Blackout's new video for Save Our Selves (The Warning) came out on Friday (19th June) and it is fantastic! Check it out HERE.
Haha. Myspace has really been a dick lately. Don't sweat it. :D
That's good you're trying. I'm sure they appricate it.
They're a good sounding band to me, so I'm sure things will grow. One kid hears them, tells their friend, who tells their friends, and before they know it, they'll have a stable base. I relly wouldn't worry about them too much. :D
Hi petal! Thanks for the pic comments! ;D They were a bit fuzzy but not bad at all in the circumstances esp as my phones not usually that good with gig pix. haha I did try to take a few more of Rhys and Matthew but they wouldn't stand still long enough. Hope youa are well and have a great weekend.
P.s Yeah, Hollywood Undead were awesome! I'm now officially a fan. haha
And yeah i alreaady knew who The Blackout were...I've seen them 4 times already haha I love them....And they're such nice guys!! So yeah...i'm planning on buying their album...i got their first so need to have the second one too xD....
