Second off... I was born in Bolinas, CA and raised in the Bay Area. Spent a little time in Humboldt, before he "went away" for cultivating nature. Started making some music and got kinda famous, I guess. Whatever. I don't believe in labels.
I'm in a committed, long-term relationship with three beautiful women (but it's an open thing, so let's just let whatever happens happen), and my manager/guru Marty helps keep my life on track.
Anyway, so all was going solid with my music career and I was getting close to being done with my second album when I went on a vision quest with some friends and I heard a Voice.
The Voice told me, in no uncertain terms, that I was a messenger (and some other stuff, that I'm too humble to say, but trust me, it was badass), and I have been charged with a holy quest: I must change the face of politics in time for the 2008 elections.
Pressure just makes my nipples stand up.
I told the CEO of my record label (David Elsner, of Nationalia), and he took it pretty well. In fact, he hired a camera crew to follow me around and document this journey. That's cool, I guess, as long as they don't make me look fat or stupid.
