"
Edited breaks and warm bass mix with jazz-like keys and funky sound effects. A great tune well produced! Reminds me of old 4 Hero/Reinforced material."
- DJ Flight 1XTRA [commenting on track 1 - 'Free Form']
"The tracks in this album reward repeated listening - real growers, and I think if you all have a listen, you will know what I mean. I like the way that the genres are all mixed up, but personally I don't think this means there's no style to the whole package, there's that great feeling of *wonder* I get when listening to Leighton Masters' music, of something I think I should have heard all in one place before, but haven't. I'm not a 5 Star reviewer by nature - but I reckon he's worth it!"

"Outstanding production, composition, and perhaps more importantly, musical taste. A real testament to the versatility of FL Studio & very inspiring to me to hear what can be achieved. Would love to read more about your approach to creating music within FL Studio, especially in regard to approach to dynamics and mixing. And thanks also for providing it in this easy to get format so folks can appreciate your work."

I am listening to 'Forever the Dream' and it just takes off! I love it, I am downloading it and adding it to my music collection, thanks for such an original piece. Also, it sounds like a track that would work well in a Bourne Identity or one of those type spy thrillers.
Simply great, I love your style.

"Elements Of Change is collection of classical music ideas I have been working on for over the past year. Written for TV & Film in mind each track sets a different mood, with melancholic minimal piano, through to more dramatic string pieces, all created to take the listener on a journey throughout the entire collection."

I have been learning and creating music since my first purchase of professional equipment back in 1992.
All my musical influences have come from the very early days of listening to Hip Hop, getting caught up in the U.K Rave music scene, being turned onto Masters At Work and the Murk labels sound (to name but a few) from a natural progression out of rave to the dance / house scene in 93/94. I was also lucky enough to witness Drum & Bass form in the clubs from its early break beat days to Steppa, Bukem / speed era and beyond.
I have been a big fan of film soundtracks which has lead me to become a firm listener of Classical music and certain Classical composers, while digging back to the original productions of Jazz/Funk/Latin after coming full circle through my original Hip Hop & Breakbeat references. This has helped me keep a very open view to what I have wanted to create musically, and a completely open mind to all the forms in both music and media work.
