By not providing our influences, it's possible that we may be able to avoid being pigeon-holed. This may just be an excuse though. Maybe we're not fully aware of who we are as a band because we are constantly changing, just as our influences are. Nothing is set in stone. I guess you could call it a little eclectic, but still, that's how we work.
The Lemmings, a local Des Moines act, are known for energetic live shows and riff-based rock and roll. They have been featured in Cityview as the number one show to see the week of January 3, as well as in the "meet the band" corner in Juice. They have played with great acts such as: Hush Hush Commotion, One for the Team, Kinch, The Dig Angees, Sleeping in the Aviary, Ely Falls, Radio Moscow, Hanwell, and Hometown Hero. Their debut EP "Smile Witcha' Eyes" is now available for purchase and streaming in its entirety on this page.

Hey if you guys have some time you should come out to Vaudeville and check out the show tomorrow, early show! Looking forward to the show in January, Radio Moscow is aweosome
Haha, I think I know who you're talking about, but no.
Paperback Blues is written to a certain set of ideas that I think are carried by a lot of people. It's sort of the critique of a critical generation, I guess, of which I am regrettably a part.
Look forward to playing with you guys . . . and RADIO MOSCOW!!!
