About me:

My name is LENA (lenaspieltblues on Youtube)
and I love to play
MY GUITARS

Ich arbeite im sozialen Bereich und bin Hobbymusikerin. Ich spiele akustische Blues und Fingerstyle Gitarre. Mit Martin Hofer, einem Regensburger Schauspieler, trete ich seit fünf Jahren mit dem Projekt BALLADEN & BLUES auf: Goethe trifft auf Robert Johnson, Heine auf Blind Willie Johnson und viele andere überraschende Verbindungen. Mein anderes großes Interesse gilt der Literatur. Habe einen besonderen Faible für klassische deutschsprachige Prosa: Jean Paul, Adalbert Stifter oder Arno Schmidt und Thomas Bernhard.


I work with mentally handicapped persons and my hobbies are literature and music. I play acoustic blues and fingerstyle guitar. Since 2002 I work on a project together with Martin Hofer, an actor from theatre: He declaims classical german-speaking authors like Goethe, Schiller, Ringelnatz and Heine, and I play the classical blues of the 20th and 30th (Blind Willie Johnson, Son House, Charlie Patton, Robert Johnson and all the other great musicians).

    "Ich bin" - neuer Song für Quelle Mitarbeiter von B3B1B
    Unter dem Eindruck, wie in den letzen Monaten, Wochen und auch aktuell mit (ehemaligen) Mitarbeitern der "Quelle" von der eigenen Firma bzw. deren Insolvenzverwalter umgegangen wurde, hat Bach3Barden1Band einen Song zu dieser Thematik geschrieben.
    Als Nürnberger/Fürther Band sind wir wohl alle in irgendeiner Form betroffen und wir sind einfach fassungslos und stinksauer!
    Klar ist es vielleicht ein bisschen naiv, aber dieser Song ist für alle (ehemaligen) Quelle-Mitarbeiter als kleiner Abschiedsgruß mit allem Respekt gedacht.

    Weekend greetings to you my friend - I'm working on a collection of songs at present with Liz Clarke from Belfast which my turn into a album released through itunes etc - These are gospel inspired and feature your truly in a production role.

    I'm doing well!! I'm going to be making a big move day after tomorrow. Me and my doggy and my very best friend are packing up the car and heading to the West Coast of the U.S.A. I'm driving the whole way there. Exciting stuff!!
