I am a writer with a strong belief in Jesus Christ. But my gifts are not limited to just writing. I believe that God gives you multiple gifts for you to use all of them in some way for His glory. That is why I cannot be limited to being just a writer, songwriter, singer, journalist, poet, author, minister, screenwriter, playwright, television writer, entrepreneur...none of those titles could ever define, confine, nor can they underline all of the gifts and talents God has placed upon me...
I am seasoned writer, primarily a creative writer...I have been writing for most of my life. I have been a creative writer since I was eight, which was when I starting writing poems and short stories. That age was also when I prayed to God to give me the gift of songwriting. Since that prayer, I have written songs relying on the inspiration of God and through studying the craft of different gospel artists. I don't limit the genre I write my songs but I strive for songs that have meaning. Right now I am working on perfecting my works of urban gospel and Christian rap songs...I have also written plays and longer stories...still working on those though...I'm planning on writing a book, and this time I know God wants to write because he dropped into my spirit. What's it about? Let just say I am going through a very intriguing journey to my destiny, to where God wants me to be, and the book will based on that... I want to do so much in the media/entertainment industry that it's not even funny. Or maybe it is... I'll give you a few...produce music, write/direct movies, produce/direct music videos for Christian artists as well as those artists with a clean, positive message...sounds feasible, right? I don't know how to do any of that! So, guess what? I gotta learn somewhere...so, I praying about when and how I would these things...I know God didn't give me these desire for me to just keeping wishing and hoping

New Destini Productions, Inc. is my future music production/print publishing company. I actually don't know when I will launch it, as I am relearning to follow God where He wants me to go...I have roughly recorded three songs that my fellow Christians at Rising Son in Nolanville, Tx helped me with...I got to get back in the grind and start pushing out other songs I have written during my adolescent years...
I also have this magazine in the blueprints...Eclectic Magazine...I thought about a few years back that I should launch it on the Internet before it's in print but as I said before to follow God where he wants me to go...
I also had this vision a few years back for starting some form of a fashion line or just having tops, bottom, etc. made with positive messages, that capture the essence of what women, men, boys, and girls are created to be...that one I'm still praying about b/c I know very little about fashion industry other than working w/ a fashion magazine for a semester in college, watching reality fashion shows, and owning a business that excels in health/beauty...

I'm praying for God to reveal to me when He wants me to fulfill these dreams and even beyond....

I am also a journalist. I have been writing articles for newspapers and magazine since high school. I am also an editor. I mastered this craft as I went through high school and college.For a year and a half I was in the U.S Army stationed at Fort Hood, Tx as a public affairs specialist (journalist). In between preparing for deployment and doing our additional duties, we helped support the Fort Hood Sentinel, the post's newspaper. I tell you, the journey to get there was not always easy, but at least the journey to get out was somewhat easy, just long. It was hard emotionally on both counts. But God has me in a position where I am in training His will and his work. So, I had figure what exactly I will do next, in Texas at that, because I knew I couldn't just go back home. Just when I thought my print media days were over or put on indefinite pause, God blessed with me a job at Killeen Daily Herald, in Killeen, Tx as an editorial assistant. I type the obituaries, births, building permits, and anything articles, briefs or assignments that come across my desk. I also write a farewell article every week, a tribute for people in the area who recently died. I am also getting more articles to write when need be... Like the religious section...yeah, I am excited about that.
Internally, I can be full of energy. To see it outwardly, I have to get to know you or feel comfortable being myself around you, and even then I can tend to either more sophisticated (eloquent) or more humorous (silly). I am working on expressing myself more outwardly and putting myself and my dreams out there. My purpose in life is to inspire others to see things in a different light, enlighten others to that there is more than tradition when it comes to life in Christ or a life in general, and encourage others in that no matter what's happening, when God intercedes for us, all things work together for the good for those that love God and are called according to His purpose...
