Le Neon are no more. But we were on Fierce Panda for a while and did some good stuff now and again.
Live gigs were shambolic affairs, sometimes we were ace and exciting and electric, but sometimes we were a bit shit.
It was all a bit of a topsy turvy ride, full of extremes, both bad and good, as you an imagine, but in the end we just argued too much, drank too much and it all fell apart.
Typical band cliche.
Oh well. Never mind,
So, then.......... Dan bogged off to London in a huff and formed a new band called The Rollison Affair, they're not bad I reckon but I think they also are having problems with their 'members'.........ha ha ha, ahem. Anyway, Alex, Nath and myself decided to indulge a bit and do a bit of 'experimentation'. Hence the birth of The Forest Nightmare. We have done one gig so far in the space of 3 years, which went well enough to warrant making a little E.P. This E.P was recorded in a church with a friends 8 track and I reckon sounds quite raw and cool, but hey that's me. Anyway we did another record thingy as well, but I moved to Swindon ,and Alex is awol and a bit silly, so I don't think anymore will happen with that project, which is a pity cos I quite liked it all.
So that's about it I reckon, this is the Le Neon myspace which I made because this girl asked me the other day if Le Neon had a myspace. I was a little bored so I thought I would do one. So here it is.
