Named after an obscure Beach Boys lyric, Lengthy List of Lovers do not have as esoteric a sound as the name's genesis may indicate - touting catchy arrangements, trundling riffage, equal parts ethereal and disquieting vocals, and bombastic beats served atop peppy synth bass lines. The result? A cross-pollination of new-wave, am-gold and western Canadian guitar rock, peppered with a modicum of ass-shaking techno.
