Irgendwo zwischen Blues und Folk, zwischen Groove und Melodie… ............................................................................................................ Als kleiner Gitarrenjunge bekommt Lenny Cortez seine ersten musikalischen Einflüsse vom Blues & Rock in seinem Elternhaus vermittelt. In der folgenden Zeit macht er seine ersten Band- Erfahrungen. Im Jahre 1999 ist er Mitbegründer der Melodic Melancholic Hardcore Band „Blomqvist“, die in Eigenproduktion drei Alben herausbringt. Während seines neunmonatigen Aufenthalts in Neuseeland festigt sich sein Wunsch, die Musik zu seinem Beruf zu machen. Seit jener Zeit, im Jahre 2003, singt Lenny in Solo-Projekten und wirkt unter anderem als Band-Gitarrist. Er beginnt, mit Musikern aus unterschiedlichen Stilrichtungen zu experimentieren und aufzutreten. Sein Weg führt ihn zurück in Richtung Blues und Folk und zu neuen Horizonten… ........................................
