We had the name RZA (before the rapper made the scene), we were a quasi-relevant New Orleans new-wave band in the pre-grunge era. We opened for XTC, U2, Iggy Pop, X, and Gang of Four among others. (Ultravox, Little Steven, Aztec Camera, Michelle Shocked, The Cold, Marshall Crenshaw, Lords of the New Church).
I respect Wu Tang, RZA and GZA so haters please stop sending me threats and try to understand. These songs were re-mixed in NYC as the acetate fell off the reel.
MySpace DELETED the first profile I posted!!!!
I'll write more about the band soon - there's a reunion VIDEO below...and a band form Germany that covers "Can't Never!"

Hi RZA, what a drag about your site. We just got our first comment eating spam and feel your pain.
The New Orleans Musicians Relief Fund finally has merch (click what’s left of our piano). NOmrf pays no office rent and stays grass roots to help each dollar go further. Hundreds of displaced musicians have received grants since 8/29/5.
Here's our manifesto on bringing musicians home and keeping them all safe.
