Seasoned vocalist, songwriter, Leoni Gardner is sought after for performances at churches, conferences and festivals. She is redrawing the boundaries of gospel music with a Celtic sound blended with sincere lyrics. Leoni’s distinctive songwriting gift and style sets her apart from other Christian artists.
From a musical family, Leoni started singing at a young age with her older siblings with her father accompanying on the piano. Since those early days, many years have been spent performing, studying, perfecting her craft and composing over 200 songs.
She is also the mother of Caleb, Levi and Gabrielle who have inherited their mother’s musical talents and sometimes perform with her.
Leoni’s debut Christian CD “Prepare Ye The Way of the Lord” was her long awaited gift from God. The singer wrote the music and lyrics to all the 11 songs on this celtic style music project. During 2007, Leoni has been hard at work preparing her second album, “People Get Ready”. This will be available as an album and DVD by early 2008.
