I discovered Leos Carax after seeing Harmony Korine's Gummo. The Cinematographer for that film was in fact Jean Yves Escoffe, an under-rated, visual genius. I fell in love with that film and realized that he had made 3 films with a man named Leos Carax. The 3 films are now some of my favorite films. I don't have to say what the films are; if you are a fan of Carax you should already know what they are.
